Our History
In 2019, Synergy Systems, a private IT consulting firm established on January 11, 1999 by Johnny Jordan, merged with Intellinetics Cyber Consultants, LLC, a cyber security consulting firm established on March 18, 2019 by Sheldon Prescott with the goal of providing incident response, storage, networking, cloud, software, and support systems to customers within the continental US, Caribbean, and Latin America markets, leveraging a dispersed team of seasoned subject matter experts, on call system consultants, OEM / ISV relationships, and remote management capabilities, ICC has demonstrated its ability to provide timely solutions with a cost-efficient model with minimum operating overhead, ICC has been able to pass on the cost savings to its customers and outperform similar competitors in its class and size due to a holistic approach to addressing customer challenges
